Jess Baerg

Jessica is a full time fitness trainer, health enthusiast and Cycle Hub owner. She is also an avid endurance athlete, Ironman competitor, marathon runner, group fitness instructor, running coach, personal trainer and fitness entrepreneur. She loves to motivate and help her client’s achieve their goals in their fitness journey. She looks forward to helping others reach their full fitness potential and have her participants feel strong, confident and inspired. 

Sydney Goode

The daughter of a Marine, Sydney's family moved often until finally settling in the Austin area when she was twelve. Sydney grew to love the active lifestyle of Austin quickly, but it was not until she began taking indoor cycling classes while at the University of Texas that she developed a passion for fitness. After moving to the Alamo Heights area in 2016, Sydney found the upbeat and challenging workout environment she was looking for at Cycle Hub.

Sydney loves how group fitness has improved her overall athleticism and mental well-being and looks forward to sharing this with her students. Outside the studio she manages investor relations at a commercial real estate company.

Amy Platt

Amy a Kansas City native fell in love with fitness at a young age and playing soccer was her passion. Amy started taking group fitness classes in high school for cross training and fell in love with it! She has been living her dream of teaching efficient, effective and fun classes since co founding FitFusion in 2011. Amy is a former First grade teacher and exercise enthusiast and has obtained her AFFA certification in 2005. “FitFusion has brought my two loves of teaching and fitness together in one.”

She loves her clients and is motivated by their determination for results. FitFusion clients support and celebrate their successes together. Amy likes to challenge clients and make them believe they CAN achieve anything. In her spare time you can find her actively engaged in her community supporting fundraisers and spending time with her husband Ryan and 3 children.

30 minutes spin followed by 30 minutes of Weights in the FitFusion room
