Please browse through our frequently asked questions to find answers to any of your questions relating to Cycle Hub.

Do you have locker rooms?

Cycle Hub has lockers outfitted with programmable locks and separate bathrooms/changing rooms, no showers.

Do you have water or do I have to bring mine?

We sell reusable water bottles that you can fill up with our water fountain in the studio or you can bring your own.

Do I need to create an account?

Yes. It’s important for us to know who’s riding with us and to have all of your contact information. You can also see your performance stats online or through your mobile device.

Do I have to have bike shoes?

You can use tennis shoes but if you have been thinking about getting some of those cool, clip shoes for yourself? Bike World hooked us up with a sweet deal. Demo the shoes in our lobby and receive a $20 off of your own brand new shoes at Bike World!  We don't rent shoes but our bikes are equipped with a cage for tennis shoes on one side and SPD compatible clips on the other.  We also have 4 bikes outfitted with a Look clip on one side and SPD on the other only. The bikes with Look and no cages are 3, 4, 16 and 17.  We do recommend bike shoes for a better ride.

How early should I come?

If it’s your first time with us, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your class. Please note, that if you have not signed in 5 minutes before the class starts, your bike may be released. If you are running late please give the studio a call and we will hold bikes for up to 10 minutes after class starts.

What do I need to wear?

We suggest a t-shirt or tank on top and form-fitting pants or shorts on the bottom.

How does it work when I get there?

When you arrive at the studio, check in with the reception desk. Our staff will help you sign-in for your bike, give you a tour of the studio, and set up your bike with you. We are here to help.
